We had a beautiful stay at this hotel near Karol Bag Metro & Market. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the market and the metro station. The value for money was exceptional as we got a good room at a reasonable price. The staff, especially Mr. Mohan, were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond in arranging car services, food, and even delivering our luggage to the airport. The rooms were basic but clean, with a spotless bathroom. The breakfast served on the rooftop had a limited spread but was delicious.

All was great, nothing to improve.

Considering the price we have paid for the room, I would say this the perfect hotel across India I have stayed in. Must try Indian Food here.

As this was our first visit to India we didn't know what to expect.As we already had a pre-booking with this hotel we were least worried of our stay.On arrival we were welcomed by a very courteous staff.During our stay we never felt that we were away from our home.Our all needs were taken care of.We end our note by saying Keep On The Good Work

The hotel's location is convenient as it is near a metro station and many shops. However, it's on a noisy street. The room is air-conditioned and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast provides good options.

Some aspects of housekeeping services were inadequate.

I love this hotel! I love this hotel!!! * Cleanliness: This hotel is uber-clean. The rooms, the lobby, the grounds. This is very important to me and not always easy to find in India. Upon entry into the bright, sunny reception area, you are met with a lovely scent and a welcoming smile. * Staff: To a person -- management, front-desk, housekeeping, -- so nice, so friendly, extremely helpful, always ready with a smile. All requests were met with a "Yes!" and were carried out, which isn't always the case in India. You may get the "Yes" but it may not be carried out. * Rooms: Comfy beds, bright decor, clean (can't say this enough), quiet, good lighting. The rooms are efficient in all the best ways. They are thoughtfully laid-out. The bathrooms are great, too. * Location: its in the heart of city, excellent location, just 1 minute walking distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station. Needless to say, I will stay here again, and again, whenever I return to Delhi. The people at Hotel Rupam have created something unique and of value there. I am eternally grateful for such a wonderful experience.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms spotless. The owner was always there with a smile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and a market.

Celebrated New Year's at a hotel in Delhi that had very accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with a good amount of options. The location was perfect, close to the metro and local markets, making it easy to explore the city.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely reached the upper floors. the surrounding area was not very safe, especially at night, which made it difficult to venture out.

The room was ok but hot water not working, too noisy at night time, in everything was missing a bit.

I am very grateful for the services provided in this hotel. The owner, managers and staff very helpful. Very clean hotel [I consider myself very picky and fussy], the cleaning staff aware of every minimum detail and very predisposed to provide great service. The hotel is quite new, as it has been, apparently, recently refurbished and they still keep on improving the building, which shows their awareness for providing the best service. Although I was travelling alone, I felt really safe and constantly taken care of. I really appreciate the staff's hospitality since they were always aware and asking whether I needed anything. Walkable distance to Metro station as well as Connaught Place and Janpath and Karol Bangh markets. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!!
